Bonus tips

Unfortunately, there is not an archived label in Gmail by which you can find all archived emails, but there is a neat trick you can use to find all of your archived emails at once. Simply type the following in the Gmail search bar “-in:Sent -in:Draft -in:Inbox”. In most cases, this should list your archived emails, and if you also want to remove emails that already have a category label add “has:nouserlabels” at the end of your query. Ultimately your search query should look like this: “-in:Sent -in:Draft -in:Inbox has:nouserlabels”.

Another good thing to know is that archived emails will appear in your inbox again if you happen to get a reply to them so don’t worry about them getting lost.
